Mercer Ethical Leaders Balanced Fund

The fund is a diversified portfolio with a slightly higher allocation to a mix of growth assets (e.G., shares and listed property) relative to a mix of income assets (e.G., cash and fixed interest). The fund is managed with reference to environmental, social and governance factors and has exposure to investment strategies targeting sustainability themes. This fund has additional exclusions applied as described in our Sustainable Investment Policy and has been certified by the Responsible Investment Association of Australasia (RIAA). The fund aims to achieve a rate of return (after fees) that exceeds CPI increases by at least 2.5% per annum after tax and 3.5% before tax over a minimum of eight years, and to outperform, over the medium term, the weighted average return of the market indices used to measure performance of the underlying funds/assets in which the fund invests.
