Karen Swainson

COO

Karen brings 25 years' experience of delivery and operational management in the private and NGO sectors, including IT and project management. She is a passionate believer in sustainable change and thrives on the challenge of a start-up. She is on the board of Climate Club Aotearoa, Ooooby, and has co-founded Citizens' Climate Lobby and Pachamama Alliance Aotearoa, delivering empowering climate action workshops for the latter. Karen has Honours and Masters degrees from the University of Cambridge, specialising in Mathematics and Computer Science.
