    The Balanced Fund has a similar level of exposures to both growth assets (principally equities but also alternative assets comprising forests, forest land, smart energy and private equity) and income assets (fixed interest, mortgages and cash). It is designed to have a medium risk profile and to appeal to investors willing to accept medium risk to pursue long term growth.
